Matt's body Transformation, 'Be Fit For Life' - My Client came to me with the sole purpose of putting on more weight, and desires of feeling 'stronger' My client admittedly told me he "found it extremely difficult to increase his weight and wanted to do it right and not get fat in the process of increasing his weight".
Carl's body Transformation - My client desires were to increase his size with muscle tissue whilst decrease the fatty tissue around his mid section, (hips, stomach and back). Whilst a great deal of the work on my client was done with nutrition there was a joy to be had for training again, which pleased my client wholeheartedly. Carl's reduced the weight around his midsection and increased his presence by increasing his muscle tissue mass.
Klara body Transformation - My clients weight loss began after my client had piled on her weight in a short time and increased her body weight dramatically, almost doubling her size). By working on muscles around the hips and strengthening them, in just 5 months my client had have started feeling like herself again. My Client "I could wear heels, walk fast for a long time, sit in positions that i could not have before, and sleep better.
