Personal Training Packages/Offers;

4 SESSION'S, £145,

This package is for people who are looking at a little extra help with their exercise regime and will provide four sessions per calendar month.

8 SESSION'S, £260

This is for people who are wanting to benefit a little more from their personal training sessions or for people who need a little extra push. Minimum commitment time: 2 months. You can add any service you want or edit the ones that are already listed.

12 SESSIONS, £350

twelve sessions for people who need external motivation and guidance. Minimum commitment time: 2 months

16 SESSIONS, £450

A massive sixteen sessions is an ideal way to accelerate your fitness and health goals. Minimum commitment time: 2 months

SINGLE SESSION – £45 TRAINING PLAN – £45

Small group Training, £120 (£120 pp for x8 Session's)
